Judiciary clearly needs to be independent and Attorney General an elected position. Agency heads should have to be rated as qualified by the legitimate professional organization relevant to their agency: AMA etc. for CDC head, American Bar Association for judges, and so on.

I also think the whole congressional districts thing needs a major overhaul, both in terms of map drawing and determining representation. Winner take all voting clearly needs to go in favor of something else - ranked choice, proportional representation, or some other method.

I think that's one change for the better, yes. I think putting too much personnel power in one person's hands is clearly a problem, and changing agency leadership with a new administration is not ideal.

No Senate. No president. Attorney General elected by popular vote, not appointed. Remove cap on House representatives. Prime minister selected from House. Supreme Court expanded to 27, with 18 year terms.

The vast majority of the country has no idea how out of control ICE is right now. Yes, there's reporting on ICE raids and protests, but most people are not seeing photos and videos of horrific incidents like this, or the apartment building raid.

If most people did know they'd be horrified.
