I made this narrative game inspired by my experiences and observations supporting Medieval Times Performers United in their strike for a contract in Buena Park, CA. It is a work of fiction, however, and any similarities between people and characters are accidental.

It should be illegal to make workers have to input long on their phones, especially if they are required to provide their own personal phones. There’s no joke here, this is a real problem I have at work. If you don’t want typos in your sensitive document let me use a keyboard for crying out loud.

I’ve been ordering supplies for a basic paleoanthropology course for kids and I’m really excited to try out some board games in the classroom and maybe even design a little simple RPG

I will never get over the time I was a substitute teacher at an elementary school and I overheard one student say “if you use the all gender restroom you’re a They” - kids never stop coming up with new ways to be mean.

A friend in Minneapolis just sent me this video. Looks like thousands have come together for a vigil after an ICE agent shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good. This was my neighborhood for several years before coming to Portland.
