A consistent boycott works. We have Black shoppers to thank for this. Ultimately this will have a bigger effect than yelling about general strikes online. Stop giving awful people your money. Resist the temptation of Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc. Buy local. They'll starve if you don't feed them.

Today's #crochet feed includes several images of male-presenting folk (yay!!!) working on granny squares. I love it, but please consider your posture? You're going to hurt yourselves, especially your necks, slumped down in your sofas and recliners like that!

#Cancer check-in. DMX to flat last week. FU with surgeons today. Path not as happy as we thought - left side benign, right side has clear margins around 2 active masses. 3 lymph nodes ID with stain, all still positive. Already knew rad was a possibility. More info Thurs. #CancerSucks #Warrior

Today was my last chemo infusion. It was also a wonderfully low-pain day thanks to the meds. Tomorrow should also be pretty good, and then I'll crash Sunday. Next week is another MRI and mammo, then meeting the surg team to plan removal and possible reconstruction #cancer #cancersux #brca

Streaming one of my "go to sleep" playlists and realized it contains music from movies that involve artists and creators I boycott. Don't want to stop the composers of those pieces of their royalties from my streaming, but also don't want to support the problem people. Thoughts?

Ridiculously hot today and window AC units are never quite good enough. Have exerted an absolute bare minimum of energy. Getting ready to throw a roast in the instant pot as that generates less heat than other available options. #JustSomeStuff

Attending a tribute concert tonight at a local theatre. I don't know exactly when the list opened, but spouse sent me a contest entry link Thurs for free tix, and we won. Row 2 center, and they had a long list of winners at the box. A little concerning? Anyway, looking forward to the tunes!!

Augh. Saw my first balding spot from the chemo. Now all those cute hats I received are truly necessary, but they also contribute to the shedding somewhat. Also, RIP the shaggy pixie haircut I got 2 weeks ago to make washing my hair with a finger splint easier.
