However, the law passed to open up the files required minimal redactions and therefore is most likely in violation of it.
I expect lawsuits to try to free up the struck-out information

I don't think I'm overestimating at all. I have spent a lot of time dealing with victims and their enablers.

I have people who were paying twenty bucks for their whole cases now apologizing to ME because with SNAP benefits getting suspended, they can't pay even that and also buy food.
No one should have to choose between their lawyer and food.
Both should be provided for free, actually.

This begonia is still looking beautiful on November 4th in Rochester NY. A long range forecast has snow coming in about a week. Hopefully this will be able to hold on a little longer 🤞🏽
