Ernest Dickerson is better-known for having directed episodes of your favorite TV show (The Wire, Walking Dead, House of Cards, Bosch, etc etc etc), but he directed a grip of solid movies in the '90s after being Spike Lee's cinematographer. My personal fav is Demon Knight.

There's a whole-ass list of reasons to do this, they're a genuinely awful company on so many levels.

As someone who just did this to move my banking to a local credit union, it's intimidating, banking inertia is real, but when you do it, it's really not that big of a pain.
