My take is that dogs are incredibly emotionally complex, and the amount of scrutiny placed on dog parents should be nearly as high as that for humans' parents. A high number of people abuse and abandon dogs, and they should not be allowed to own animals.

Found this hidden door opening when we removed the shitty pine panelling to uncover the original bead board. Originally entered into a coat/mudroom used by the school kids, but it’s now a bathroom wall. Just finished closing it up with reclaimed bead board from elsewhere in the school house!
