I’ve been to two of these bars and love them both. Lived around the corner from Four Courts. The Dubliner is my current favorite pub in Boston (I haven’t been to McGonagles yet).
When I’m watching a cooking video and people are adding marinade ingredients to raw meat vs making the marinade separately and tasting it and correcting it for salt etc because it teaches bad cooking fundamentals
