3. Collaborate as communities on the values that are going to be in play when it comes to AI use and schooling. I would put transparency for all (students, admins, teachers) above all. If we can at least agree on the goal of the educational activities we can reorient the work somewhere better.

My former school treated AI as 5. and before I left I knew this would only make students use it "without telling", it makes the battle tougher, not easier.
(But hey, I had already resigned so... Not like they needed my input 🫠)

5. Treating the problem as one of "cheating" isn't going to work. AI policies are all over the map, students are confused and it drives use underground.
