A federal court concludes, based on video and witness testimony, that the high incidence of traffic accidents linked to ICE deployments resulted from a tactic of "brake checking" targets to provoke accidents. Chicago authorities concludes that reckless driving was epidemic among ICE officers.
FYI: Judge Ellis (Chicago ICE case) noted in November that video evidence shows ICE "brake-checked other motorists in an attempt to force accidents that agents could then use as justifications for deploying force."
