Calgary election PSA. We haven't heard of a single candidate forum in Wards 2, 3, 12, 13 or 14. And three of those have no incumbents. What gives?? WAKEY WAKEY, FOLKS! There's an election in 20 days! Get a candidate debate going already! The Sprawl will even livestream it for you! #yyccc

I’ve been at this for nearly 28 years. I have my dream job. But if you had told me 28 years ago things would be this toxic I would have done something else.

Look, we’ve all had a girlfriend who’s been there.

Here's some advice:

1: Don’t date a walking red flag

2: Don’t vote for Pierre Poilievre

Did you know a 16- or 17-year old can work as a poll worker for the fed elxn?

A good way to get a bit of work experience on the resume. Elections agencies always have a hard time finding workers so parents - if they can stand around and be polite, have them apply!

A friend and I stood on the side of a busy stretch of Memorial Drive the other day next to my stalled car.

A driver stopped and asked if we were OK and if we needed anything. He looked familiar.

"Are you...my mailman?" I asked. He was.

Shout out to Jabri and all the other good people out there ❤️

To those interested, Alberta’s budget gets hit by $750MM for each $1/bbl drop in the WTI oil price.

WTI dropped $10/bbl in the last 48 hours.

That’s a $7.5 billion hit to our budget.

That’s what the Premier of Albertan referred to as a “BIG WIN”.

This case was working its way through the courts when I was an undergrad. It’s no exaggeration that it clarified my understanding of equality rights, the great gift that is the Charter, and ultimately why I’m a New Democrat. Only the ANDP - under Raj - stood ten toes down on principle at that time.

The premier should not attend this event, let alone speak at it.

Wow. MLA Scott Sinclair has just been booted from the UCP for speaking out against the budget.

And MLA Guthrie, who resigned from cabinet due to concerns about corruption, is “on probation” with the UCP.

Danielle Smith’s house of cards is close to collapsing.

Keep. The. Pressure. On.
