This is not a peace plan. It is a proposal that weakens Ukraine and divides America from Europe, preparing the way for a larger war in the future. In the meantime, it benefits unnamed Russian and American investors, at the expense of everyone else.

Quando a salubridade da água de consumo humano desaparece, rapidamente nos relembramos desse bem público, constante e quotidiano, herói escondido. A saúde pública, em todas as suas facetas epidemiológicas, sempre foi secundarizada mas não secundária. Novos tempos para relembrar antigas vidas.
