A licence application for the Epping Roof Garden nightclub in Cottis Lane to open until 3am on Sundays will be considered by the district council's licensing committee next month.

A town councillor is asking Epping Town Council to support his call for Qualis to  change the name of its 'Verdant Place' and 'Gardenia Court' developments saying they have "no connection" with Epping.

The Duke of Wellington pub in Epping is to be sold, Everything Epping Forest has been told, with the pub's owner, Punch Pubs and Co, saying the decision has been taken after a "thorough review" of the company's estate.

I’ll say it again: Epping station needs redevelopment. Part of which needs to be moving the bus stop away from the entrance. One heritage bus, and suddenly it’s hard to get out of the ticket hall, and commercial buses have to stop further up making it difficult for people to board.

A shop worker has said she had "never felt so unsafe" as she did when faced with "at least ten vehicles roaring around" the Cottis Yard multi-storey car park in Epping "blasting their horns" late last night..

This is a great example of how little recyclable material you can get in one of the new blue bins. Epping Forest council need to do a u-turn on this cost cutting plan and get serious about recycling. #Epping
