Look, this cult movie is silly. Zero-budget, absurd, ham-fisted acting, ludicrous makeup effects, with a nonsensical plot. It's also a lot of goofy fun. Thumbs up.

Movie #6: Barbarian

Inventive and original, with great performances and a plot that keeps you guessing. Writer/director Zach Cregger leans into practical effects and dark humor, which I always appreciate. A touching story about the joys of motherhood.

10 years ago on Twitter I arranged an autism fundraiser raffle where people bought tickets to have their user name tattooed on a brave volunteer. We raised over $1000 and the name drawn out of a hat by my autistic 6 year old was @evilboner. Everyone hooted and hollered.

Took about 30-40 minutes, but I have more data than most to transfer. It seems to work on Bluesky's Android app okay, but I kinda don't want to use it if I can avoid it, so I'm trying out 3rd party apps.
