Today I showed the designers that you can name cells in spreadsheets and use the names in formulas (i.e. "=PLAYER_LEVEL" instead of "=C12"). You can then use the Name Manager to track or rename them. I thought this was common knowledge, but I guess not, so sharing that tidbit here.

the one labeler on this site that used 100% objective, verifiable criteria

This labeler will be shutting down. We will first be unlabeling everyone who is labeled and then will cease to operate. As the unlabeling operation will take an unknown amount of time, we are not setting a specific timeline other than as soon as possible.

not gonna lie, the one time in school that I served detention, I had a lot of bad stuff going on in my life, and going for a little walk somewhere new might have helped a little

I've heard of a "punishing hike", but this is—actually that's pretty good
washingtonpost.com
When the students at this Maine high school got detention, they would sit in a classroom for a few hours after school.

A counselor had the idea to offer students an option to hike instead. After their first hikes, they found it improved their moods.
School offers hikes instead of detention. Teachers are seeing results.
“People seem really different in a good way at the end,” said Leslie Trundy, a Maine high school counselor and avid hiker.
