We are ALREADY so far gone.
Fuck the people who support this evil.

Oh sorry, I haven’t been online that much tonight, I’ve been forced to help organize a safety patrol at my kid’s daycare, because ICE stopped by today.

DOJ is in clear violation of the law Congress enacted. Yet, legacy media continues to act like DOJ is undertaking some Herculean effort to comply.

Here is the New York Times' latest vs Democracy Docket's. See the difference independent media makes? Support it now. hubs.ly/Q03M8rql0

The Department of Justice has sued 24 states and the District of Columbia for access to sensitive voter data on more than 100,000,000 Americans.

My law firm has intervened on behalf of voters to fight DOJ in 23 of the 25 cases. Tomorrow we will do the same in the remaining two. Stay tuned.

The same people who spent yesterday, and the past five years, insisting a Black police officer who shot an insurrectionist breaking into the Capitol should be prosecuted are today bending over backwards to defend an ICE agent who shot a woman in her car in cold blood.

Scum.

A friend in Minneapolis just sent me this video. Looks like thousands have come together for a vigil after an ICE agent shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good. This was my neighborhood for several years before coming to Portland.

With the man behind JD Vance talking about the “Antichrist” and Trump deploying Project 2025 troops to Blue cities across America, today’s a good day to remember Iran before the 1979 Islamic Revolution. Overnight, a modern middle-class society fell under the thumb (and gun) of a militant theocracy.

Every time I try to tell myself I'm being too grim about what could happen in the U.S., I remember that this was Iran in the 1970s.

Sending solidarity and love to our sisters and brothers in Tehran who are putting their lives on the line to fight for their freedom. ✊

Renee Nicole Good was 37. She was murdered by an ICE agent in the street in broad daylight. What really happened to her will not be forgotten, minimized, or ignored.

You and your wife drop your 6-year-old off at school. You just moved here. You see ICE terrorizing your new neighbors. You film them, as is your legal right. Your wife complies with orders. She is then shot in the head. You still have to pick up your child later today.

This could be you.

We can have a kinder, softer, more just world. It starts with refusing to keep participating in the current cruel, hard, unjust systems.

We must protest, boycott, demand, advocate, divest, abolish, disrupt.

But we must also learn, reflect, change, expand, create, sacrifice, share, reimagine, heal.
