Sometimes it's the smallest win that keeps you moving in life. When I was running again, breaking a 10 min mile was huge for me. It's nothing to a lot of runners, but that was a win for me 7 years after tearing my Achilles.
So, congrats & keep it up, buddy.

One of my counselors at VA said once "'because fuck 'em, that's why' isn't the BEST reason to get out of bed, but sometimes it's just enough." The context here was that the counselor asked me "you seem angry and sad a lot, and yet you refuse to give in to despair. How do you get out of bed and..."
