My pawpaw (96) keeps forgetting if random people are alive or dead so he asks my dad and my dad finally was like “daddy no one your age is still alive that you know” and my pawpaw laughed and was like “well that’s one way to clear things up”

I feel very weird about all the Hurricane Katrina 20th anniversary media. I don’t really feel okay about watching any of it. Maybe eventually. So many complicated feelings about New Orleans and Louisiana that don’t involve the words “resilience”

I did a lot of walking on Sat (maybe about 4 miles? Didn’t track) and today I’ve had pretty intense fibro pain. Tender point pain in my biceps radiating down to my elbow and into my hands.
