“Comet” is gotta be one of my favorite expressions in the polyam lingo, which is a partner you don’t see often.

I get why everyone feels betrayed. But honestly I'm surprised it took this long. But here's the deal, tonight's vote doesn't reopen the govt, or even pass the CR to fund the gov through January. That vote happens tomorrow. Tonight's vote was literally whether or not the Senate could vote on the CR.
