It's 60m long, 40m in diameter and houses 12 turbine-generators in its annular duct, generating potentially 1.2 MWe travelling down a high voltage tether to the ground.
Belongs to Beijing SAWES Energy Technology Co.

how wrong is asking for their base rate of heart searing pain, and doing a bayesian analysis on that to calculate probability of a causal link (or just heartburn)?

GPT-5 Pro is remarkably good at weird hypotheticals.

"I have a time machine. I want to preserve the temple of Artemis at Ephesus to today. Suggest the dates & interventions I need to make"

"Its 2087, a very valuable material is discovered on Io. Figure out what it could be & the economy"

oh also there are a bunch of transforms other than DCT which can hypothetically be used in image compression but aren't, which is a bigger decision which would change artifacts significantly, but there might be reasons why DCT is easier idk

Lots of the tricks used in lossy compression rely on heuristics or hand-tuned constants e.g. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantiz.... If these decisions were made slightly differently the compression artifacts might look different and so change people's imagined version of the person.
