Why my @ is Smashing Crumpet: An explanation. Once upon a time, before social media, the internet was mostly populated by Message Boards. And so people congregated in message boards that were concerned with their interests. The main message board I spent (and spend) time on was a Pro-Wrestling one.

What you miss by not watching ROH. The Frat House's (including Blue Meanie and Burnard the Business bear) party got interrupted by the HOA. The HOA was Glacier who put one of them through a table. Then turns out they were partying in a random's backyard the entire time.

It does feel like calling a woman "a female" can be an exercise in mild, polite dehumanisation. Deniable dehumanisation. When they want to diminish someone, and then play the "Who, me? No, you're overreacting" card.

Why do we have to hear so much about TNA and MLW when it's very clear that nobody watches them?

When was the last time you heard anyone — LITERALLY ANYONE — recommend any individual matches from TNA or MLW shows?

I've watched MLW shows because they had matches announced that sounded good. But then actually watching, the execution didn't live up to the expectation.

Every match went about 5 minutes, and felt like the first 5 minutes of a good 10-15 minute match, that abruptly ended before it could get good

charlie kirk died for what he believed in. in a very literal sense: he believed in a world where gun deaths are inevitable and the solution to problems is violence. he excused his own death years before it happened. and if anyone else had been killed he'd already be weaponizing and relativizing it.
