Once, when travelling to LA, immigration stopped me because I had Chinese visas in my passport. The agent seriously asked me if I was a communist, multiple times. It was a scary experience.

2024 was a very hard year. I don't want to dwell on it too much. I know it was hard for a lot of people, and ultimately a lot of it was necessary to hopefully move on to better things. But still... It was a tough one.
