I love the idea of this list! I'd just add, jobs that help ppl with things they view as "life logistics" but you find fun! An initial client meeting to set up a plan, but then you're set loose to do your work.
like yard work, or being a landscape architect, dog-walker, pet sitter, house cleaner...
