Altering archive photos is a falsification of history. It's extremely important not to do that.

It's bad enough that I have to put up with retouched behind-the-scenes images (green screen replaced by gray...), but if on top of that they modify details from the past...

Everybody's talking about leaving Bluesky again, for good reason. But I've gotten very fatigued with site-hopping. I don't know a safe, stable place to hang out that won't collapse within two years. Am very tired of just going with the flow and running somewhere I'll inevitably not feel secure.
