Life sentences without the possibility of parole is the generous, undeservedly merciful position.
Prison for Bovino and friends is the moderate position.
Bovino, the man overseeing mass deportations, publicly declared that we must all have our papers on us, at all times, or we could be stopped, harassed, kidnapped, and detained, as they did with the man in this case, who is a US citizen.

Only criminals attack the innocent. ICE agents abusing power should be arrested, and so should the man who gave them their orders.

Maybe Donald was up to no good if authorities have to block the faces of the six girls he surrounded himself with because they were underage and being trafficked.

So good.
AP on Trump now, and Biden in June 2022.

For Trump, declining to 36 percent approval is “good news.”

For Biden, holding steady at 41% is “a source of concern.”

Donald Trump has brazenly ordered the murders of dozens of civilian sailors in the Caribbean.

Why is it so far fetched to believe that he also faked an assassination attempt and had two people murdered to make it look real or that he had Jeffrey Epstein murdered in his cell?

Every part of this is bonkers. The intro is bonkers. The transition to his health is bonkers. The mention that other presidents didn't need cognitive exams is bonkers. The claim that this screening test is somehow hard is bonkers. The idea that criticism of him is treason is bonkers. All of it.

Rewatched some Star Trek tonight.
Still wild how a show about warp drives and weird nebulae ends up teaching the cleanest lessons about being human.
Every episode says the same thing in its own way:
‘Be curious. Be brave.

…Try not to fire phasers unless you really have to.”

So it turns out an ice agent is much more likely to have an arrest record than an immigrant.

It is absolutely wild that the guy who won’t stop yelling about law and order is now personally stepping in to keep January 6 documents hidden from the police officers who were attacked that day. He knows exactly what’s in those files and he is terrified the country will see it.

Topic: At least since the founding of the Dartmouth Review, Dartmouth has built a tradition of taking intelligent right wing shitweasels and encouraging them to become intelligent, brazen, emboldened, vocal, powerful, and dangerous right wing shitweasels.

Discuss.
It’s important to remember that Laura Ingraham went to Dartmouth. She’s not as stupid as she sounds. She’s just a shameless liar.

tl;dr the Republicans on SCOTUS are enemies of the Constitution
It's good—very good, and very important—that district courts keep issuing these 100-page rulings upholding the law. It must be incredibly dispiriting to see them overturned in a two-page, lawless, unsigned order, but please, keep them coming. They expose SCOTUS' corruption like nothing else.

The fact that a second strike like that in an armed conflict is definitely a war crime should not completely negate the fact that *there is no war* and ALL the strikes are cold-blooded murder. The whole chain of command are murderers.
