I can’t understand a politician watching Trumps speech and your takeaway attack message is that he “didn’t say anything.” The Democrats are fundamentally broken on this front. They’re winning by default but are set up to lose the long fight.

I wear a cap that says "thinking about elections" almost everywhere I go. Hoping to spark conversation with strangers from either side of politics. Most times, nothing. But when I get a response, it's almost always passionate. And it's gotten worse, stronger feelings both ways.
It kinda scares me.
