I'm working on an apartments shell for San Sequoia & I decorated this one for Johnny Zest. I plan to make a comedy club in the same area, he's gonna headline. I figured he belonged here. I just love how it turned out ♥ Landgraabs who? He's livin' his best life. #TheSims4 #ShowUsYourBuilds #TS4

Unpopular #TheSims4 opinion: we do NOT have enough SMALLER lots. I need more of those 20x15/20x20 lots! And maybe throw in a 30x30 every so often! The amount of awesome shells I have found that I cannot place because I have used up all of my smaller lots & filled ALL my rental spaces? Ugh it hurts 😣
