This sounds like literal hell
Nearly a dozen immigration officers and eight deportees are sick and stranded in a metal shipping container in the searing-hot East African nation of Djibouti, where they face the constant threat of malaria and rocket attacks from nearby Yemen, according to a federal court filing issued Thursday.

The man raises a valid point.
McGovern: "What the hell are Republicans so afraid of? What the hell are so scared of that you guys are holding this hearing at 1 in the morning ... if Republicans are so proud of what's in this bill, why are you trying to ram it through in dead of night?"

The reason I hold high standards for my profession is because I was trained by lawyers from this tradition. This is why I just can’t accept this presentation of helplessness by wealthy well-resourced law firms in the face of Trump’s pressure. open.substack.com/pub/sherrily...

Democratic House Rep. Chrissy Houlahan:

"Show us the money. Show us the receipts. Don't edit it. Don't redact it. Don't disappear it. Release it, and release it right now. But we know they won't do that either. They're lying about what happened...they're gaslighting us"

It's critical for everyone to remember what an Executive Order is. It is the President communicating orders to members of the executive branch. Policies to pursue, actions to take, etc. They are not laws. They are not close to being laws. They are formalized memos to employees. That's all.

In a few days, Florida voters could flip 2 seats and actually but a screeching halt to the cuts to Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare.

It would be great if our party went all in to win those seats. So far, no evidence of much of an effort from the party.
