Last year I ran a digital preservation workshop that I thought was a disaster (pitched it way too tech-y, tried to cram in too much) BUT today I got an email from someone who attended & who used what they learned to a) hire an archivist & b) start backing up to tape!

Apparently I'm "going to a catered 50th birthday party at a venue where I used to see sweaty punk shows" years old. Deeply unsure of how to dress for this.
