If immigration judges are neutral and independent as due process requires, then they must be independent from the Executive Branch.

Take CFPB data - which includes investigation files on all major companies that includes subpoenaed info like trade secrets, internal comms. Stuff that can move markets, damage reputations. Now the richest man in the world technically has access to that. No CEOs have stood up or protested. Wild.
