One of my law professors often used to point out often that if people don’t know about their rights, effectively they don’t have them. This drives my work as a rep in my workplace, supporting our members to challenge when things are done wrong by the employer.

In fact: in more cases than not, immigration is actually at least part of the answer to address the real issue. So basically: anti-immigration policies constitute a *double negative* - they prevent addressing the real issues by providing the wrong focus and they likely make the real issue worse.

Not-quite-morning from Medway - tho sadly the view from top floor of Medway Make Ready/East EOC/111 didn’t look like this today. But it represents the hundreds of people working hard there today. Ambulances come & go, calls come in & help is sent to patients or they’re directed to other services.
