In most European countries, it's illegal for a tattoo artist to make Nazi symbol tattoos, under threat of jail time and business ban. An exception is Croatia. "Private display" of Nazi symbols is legal there. Which is why Neo-Nazis go there to get tattoos. That's what I meant.
