Who needs doctors when you have nurses and patients who talk about doctors the way these folks do…..? Docs don’t denigrate their colleagues, but nurses can’t wait to talk you how awesome they are…. Why I hate the healthcare culture. You have 1-4 patients. We have 15-20+ on service. But ok.
Nurses usually have far more personal relationships with patients. Complaints. Questions. Gratitude. Docs don't pay as much attn & nurses usually set them straight. WE NEED NURSES.
