Justice Brett Kavanaugh isn’t happy that his name has become synonymous w/racist immigration enforcement.
ICE’s policy of detaining people based on ethnicity is called a “Kavanaugh stop,” named after his ruling that allows it. He’s afraid the name will ruin his “legacy.” Too late!
