According to section 6(b) of Trump's declaration of emergency at the southern border (www.whitehouse.gov/presidential...) DOD and DOHS have until April 20th to provide him a report on whether to invoke the INSURRECTION ACT which would grant him military power against people who oppose him. SHOW UP.
