So advocating for genocide = not terrorism. Ok, got it 🇬🇧🤦🏻‍♂️🤬
Ministers are unlikely to strip Alaa Abd el-Fattah of his British citizenship despite a backlash over the political activist’s past comments about killing “Zionist civilians”

How the first Palestinian leader became a Nazi war criminal
The founding father of the Palestinian cause was an unapologetic Nazi collaborator who abetted an actual genocide

Sickening from @news.sky.com. The released Palestinians were prisoners, not "hostages."

There is no moral equivalence between them and the kidnapped Israelis held by terrorists in the tunnels of Gaza.

If you can't tell the difference, you shouldn't call yourselves journalists.

Such sad news about Robbo. He was our greatest ever player.

Back in February, I wrote an appreciation of Robbo for the fanzine 'Oh Mist Rolling In'. It’s reproduced here:

Receiving this kind of sad news is hard enough anytime, but particularly on Christmas Day. Let’s win the Europa League in his memory, and in the meantime enjoy this fabulous short film again about a true legend of #nffc
This BBC documentary about John Robertson is a fabulous way to remember him. RIP magician 😔

Said this to one of those progressive types who doesn’t ever want to listen to anything or anyone that challenges their hate filled worldview…. And…. Yeah, he blocked me. Lols.
Bless. Try speaking to people outside your bubble. Like me. You’ll learn that not everything is either oppressing or oppressed, colonialism is obvious nonsense, women are women etc

Just as we did against the nazis, we must fight this hatred and racism wherever we find it…. Starting with all the sympathisers here in 🇬🇧in our universities and political parties. Terrorism is obviously incompatible with our values - as are its backers.
Among those killed in the Bondi Beach shooting was Alex Kleytman, a native of Ukraine and Holocaust survivor, who died shielding his wife. That he was taken by the same hatred he braved decades earlier is a profound tragedy.

We are devastated to hear reports of a shooting attack at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, with multiple fatalities at a Jewish Hanukkah event.

The scourges of terrorism and antisemitism are shared, international challenges and need concerted and determined action to defeat them.

Israel wasn’t blocking baby formula. Hamas had it all along.
They chose to deliberately let Gazan children starve to sell a false narrative that blamed Israel.

The media said Gazan babies were starving because Israel “blocked” formula. The UN repeated it. Ms. Rachel amplified it.

But new footage shows thousands of pounds of baby formula and nutrition shakes in a Hamas Ministry of Health warehouse, deliberately stolen and hidden by Hamas.🧵
