The FAA is close to canceling a $2.4 billion contract with Verizon to overhaul the communications system that serves as the backbone of the nation’s air traffic control and is awarding the work to Musk’s Starlink. Follow the money and see where it goes.

I called my florida local congressperson and the woman on the phone told me that what Elon musk is doing isn't illegal or unlawful. This was the local office in Seminole County for Rep Cory Mills.

We keep being told to call and speak out, but if this is the message on the local level, we're fucked

If Democrats aren't drafting Articles of Impeachment and trying to block every single cabinet appointment, what the fuck are they doing?!

I just called my florida local congressperson, and the woman on the phone had the AUDACITY to tell me that what Elon Musk is doing isn't illegal or unlawful. When I asked her why, she said, "He was hired to do the job." Am I on drugs, or do people really believe that what he is doing is okay??

Here are the options on the table (which are not mutually exclusive):

1. House Dems bring articles of impeachment*

2. Senate Dems play constitutional hardball and obstruct everything

3. State AGs litigate (and prosecute) everything they can

4. Citizens march en mass

I saw someone say yesterday that today was going to feel like watching the second tower fall, and now that we're here? That's exactly what it feels like. I fear for our democracy.

I liked TikTok because I got to be who I really am in my heart: a creepy little lurker who watches everything and says little.

I scrolled until I couldn't scroll anymore. My algorithm started as silly cat videos, but it became so much more. I was able to pinpoint an ADHD diagnosis, I found book recommendations, and used things i learned as a jumping off point to learn more about politics, history, polices, and even recipes.

We’re cancelling the guilty part of guilty pleasures. Wanna read romance books and drink cheap wine? Valid. Watch the trashiest reality show and scroll through Amazon? I support this. Listen to the same early 2000s pop song a thousand times in a row? Why stop there? Find that joy and SQUEEZE.

Things they don't tell you about an ADHD hyperfixation - music edition

I'm currently hyperfixated on The Wicked Broadway soundtrack and immediately after the finale wraps up, I start at the beginning again.
