For 5 years, much of Saint Paul looked down their noses at Minneapolis for their acceptance of MPD shenanigans. SPPD seemed to "get it" in regards to reforming policy and PR.
But no longer.
Yesterday SPPD swiftly annihilated all of the trust they had among StP citizens. We just entered a new era.
