It also fails to filter Harrison Road / Bus gate Ashley Terrace - that would mean much of the expensive infrastructure wouldn’t be needed around Harrison Pk. Sadly the ability to rat run is maintained and Craiglockhart Primary School isn’t protected.

Lots still good though across the scheme.

Much of that could be achieved with filtering of Harrison Road (already currently filtered) and bus gating of Ashley Terrace. But you’re right that the link paste fountain park needs on street cycle links.

Question: what can the council do alone?

Bus gates (just like Aberdeen did), LTNs, Parking Control Zones, 7/7/7 Etc?
