I put in a lot of work to farm the orcish fence and I've discovered that almost all other fences mostly cost 1 placement. But the orcish fence costs 3. Can Orcs get theirs reduced to 1 too, please?

Surprisingly, no!
The new hawkstrider has the old tallstrider run animation (and its neck is a little crooked...), so currently the animation change appears to be purely for the tallstrider.
(The Dragonflight hornstrider hasn't been given the new animation, either).
Maybe it's TBD?

I do genuinely believe that the way entertainment journalists wrote opinion pieces about sexualized characters in the 2010s did have a strong impact on the waves of internet censorship today. It's not that conservative outlooks needed an excuse, but that it conditioned the left to not defend sex.
