Hi, I'm Sylvia. What I'm particularly interested in changes about every 2 months, so here are some of the only constants I've found:
-TTRPGs seem to be here to stay. Tack on RPGs in general to that, actually.

The whole 'they/theming as default' is a bit complex and there's a lot that goes into it but truly the best way to deal with it is just pick your option and move past a mistake quickly and with an actual, short, apology or note.

By the way this is why people keep "reinventing" AGP/HSTS.
In its construction, AGP is simply every stigmatized trait you can reliably attribute to a queer minority group to fearmonger about them: An implied danger to others, sexual "deviancy", it's just lazy stereotyping dressed up as theory.

The thing that keeps getting me about all the pieces fretting about Bluesky being too insular is that the argument seems to be that those of us who are most likely to be abused by the right (BIPOC people, trans people, queer people, etc) must put up with being abused for the sake of public discourse

I think all children who are gender nonconforming should take at least 2 months of HRT actually, I think that'd be pretty good for them.
Especially if they literally ask for it! That'd be even better.

True, but we need to be cautious about medically transitioning children; a child with the congenital condition of transsexuality is not the same as a child who is merely gender nonconforming.
The criteria have been too lax for the past 10–20 years.

I don't think I can play Life Is Strange: Double Exposure for a *while*
I only played LIS1 recently and unlike most people I haven't had 9 years to get over Chloe and Max. I respect the decision to have them not be that close in the sequel but I can't see that *now*, I need time lol.

I think the worst part of being an international queer friend is that like, what can I do here? I'm forced to watch as my friends are put in danger. I can't 'build community' with people a thousand miles away, the best I can do is say sorry and be kind. And I wish I could do more.
