Target’s black designer collabs have been so amazing. I have so many great pieces from those capsules. This made me so angry today and I will punish them in the small way that I can. I spend a lot of money there. I will buy directly from brands going forward.
🚨 Today Target said it will end its three-year DEI goals, stop reports to external diversity-focused groups like the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index and end a program focused on carrying more products from Black- or minority-owned businesses.

I enjoy Idina Mendel and of course she’s the standard. But Cynthia Erivo’s rendition of Defying Gravity has more depth and soul .. she’s singing as someone actually used to being “othered” and rising above it. Makes the delivery even better IN MY OPINION.
