I liked Frankenstein but my BF is extremely annoyed that it was set in the mid 19th century instead of the early 19th century, and my explanation of "Guillermo del Toro just really likes Daguerreotypes" is somehow not satisfying him.

I think we've become so poisoned by Marvel continuity that we can't just accept that movies don't really need continuity.
