It’s hard to believe a president would time an illegal military attack to distract the public’s attention, but today is the statutory deadline for DOJ to release its report on the Epstein file production. Maybe it is just a coincidence.

Marco Rubio is reportedly saying Maduro will stand trial in US courts.

Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.

Some of us saw it. Major media normalized it.

"Kavanaugh stops." Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh being memoialized by Trump's ICE Nazis for his barbaric, Nazi-esque dumbfuckery in deciding that it's okay to kidnap people for the crime of having brown skin — this is going to be Kavanaugh's legacy of white supremacy.

One way to quantify the GOP's attack on free and fair elections:

My law firm is litigating 78 voting and election cases in 39 states. This is, by far, the largest caseload we have carried in a non-election year and close to our peak in 2024. The question is how many more can a small firm handle.

Trump ordered airstrikes on ISIS targets in Nigeria, claiming it was about protecting Christians.

But people on the ground say that narrative doesn’t match reality.

“In Jabo, we see Christians as our brothers. We don’t have religious conflicts, so we weren’t expecting this.”

I must have been confused about what bringing Christmas back meant.

I spent the day giving gifts — to the nephews, mainly — and enjoying the company of my family.

Sorry I got it so wrong.
President Donald Trump gifted the world with nearly 200 Truth Social posts (and counting) on Christmas Day, where he amplified conspiracy theories about the 2020 election and called for a member of Congress to be deported.

DOJ broke the law today by refusing to produce all the Epstein files. It also broke the law by redacting information other than to protect victims. Yet, the corporate media is acting that DOJ did us a huge favor.
