i think seeing if it's sustained rather than just "body getting used to meds again" will help knowing if it's good or bad
as i assume "not being able to focus or get things done" also contributes quite badly to the anxiety and ideation tbh

it's always a 56k modem btw, you can tell from the "bee-DOOO-BEEE" bit of the handshake before going the "chshhh-KSHHH-BRRRRRRRT-Chsssssss" bit at the end
