anyway i recommend prozac
was looking at a new study of side effects for SSRIs, and I realized halfway through reading it that before I went on my SSRI my medical anxiety was so bad I had to read its potential side effects in a fetal position while doing deep breathing. It took me like half an hour to take in all the info 😅
