He doesnt even know who are in the boats. So why kill them ? Thats murder. There is no armed conflict - Venezuela did not strike the US. If the people cannot be identified, they can hardly be terrorists. Plain murder

Even if it were true, he pardoned a Honduran ex-president and Silk Road creator Ross Ulbricht. Both were responsible for running massive drug operations in the USA. So, he pardoned the drug lords and fired at random boats in the ocean because someone had a feeling they're running drugs?

Very disappointed Aftyn Behn lost her race , but the good news is it wasn't by much , showing that democrats are making inroads in deep red Districts , she ran an excellent campaign and if she ever runs again I would totally support her.
