Not an exaggeration at all to say that the feeling in Minneapolis is that the entire metro area is being treated as occupied territory by federal agents. Impossible to overstate how overwhelmingly people here do not like it. This does not feel sustainable.

I had to start a meditation practice over the holidays. Yoga and working out were not enough, my anxiety is just always turned up. And I don't even spend that much time on SM, so not sure that would help.
All: I think taking a break from news and social media. Again. After the election I took a break because I was just devastated and I didn’t want to listen to the gloating of the MAGAts. After yesterday and the outrageous lies being told by the regime I can’t listen to them right now. I’ll be back.
