I wonder if this is a result of having so many fact based trivia books around when I was a kid - I don’t see those anymore. I had them for everything - venomous snakes, australian animals, Star Wars backstories! So many books just teaching me niche stuff!
Tbh that’s why I think the “bluesky is an echo chamber” argument so uninteresting. I don’t to the internet for debate, you weirdos, I go to the internet to yell into the void in my LiveJournal and read a bunch of hippo facts thanks to one guy’s lifelong love of hippos.
