Evergreen reminder, if someone says they want something that is impossible, and later unprecedented circumstances (war, etc.) within that person’s power cause them to get the thing they want. The circumstance was precedented.

I beat Super Metroid today. It is a really good game, and I loved it very much, and it reminded me of how-- not unlike the assassination of JFK-- video games have a way of seeming like just a really fun pleasant time, but then suddenly they hit you with surprise emotions that you never saw coming.

Remember one of Trump’s goals might just be to drive down the value of tons of American businesses so his billionaire friends (especially Musk) can buy them and monopolize industries.
