I’ve seen the video. The lack of urgency, especially on the part of the officer who fired, is damning. It was a murder.
And what makes it even worse is that the fucking ICE pickup that started the altercation could have just gone around like the SUV before it did. Unnecessary escalation.

I apparently did not pay enough attention in Criminal Procedure to understand how the US has personal jurisdiction over a foreign head of state they abducted in violation of international law.
